Q3:Which standards do you comply with when you produce the electrical wires and cables ?
A3: We can provide the products according to ASTM, ICEA, BS, DIN, IEC and GB standards. Meanwhile, we can design and manufacture the cables according to the samples and technical specification the customer supply.
Q4:Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
A4: Yes,you can.Logo and company name can be printed on our products by silk screen printing.
You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.
Q5: How much the Courier freight will be for the samples?
A5: Courier freight depends on the quantity,weight and carton size and your area.
Q6: What is your payment term?
A: 30% deposit when order confirmed, 70% before delivery.
Q7: Could you provide the samples before the order?
A: Sure. You can tell us the detailed items you need, we will arrange to send you samples .
Q8: What information shall I provide you when I need your offer?
A: Normally, please send me the model you need, the raw material of the conductor and the insulation, the voltage, the quantity etc so that we can quote you exactly what you need.
Q9: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: To be honest, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Basically, most of products are no problem for the delivery.
Q10: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept FOB , CIF. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q11: Do you accept the customization?
A: Yes, we respect every customer's request, and we have the ability to reach.
Q12: What's your company MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ is 100meters, but cable is very heavy, to avoid high freight, we advice you order the suitable quantity.
Q13: Can you send a sample for us to test?
A: If we have the inventory and it's free with shorter ones, you just need pay freight.
If we don't have the inventory, sample and freight cost have to be paid by your esteemed company. But we will return the sample cost to you when we receive your initial order.
