1: What's your Brand and do you provide OEM services?
A: Our own brand is by the name of JAYUAN. However we also accept OEM.

2: What is your main market?
A: Export covers 60% of our overall business. In terms of export we supply around 40% to South Asia, 30% to Africa, 20% to South America, We also have clients in Middle East and Europe.

3: Can i get samples before confirming order?
A: We encourage our clients to test our samples before confirm order. We provide free samples if it's not customized product and clients only need to pay the delivery cost. Clients need to pay sample fee if we have to make special sample for them.

4: What are the products you regularly supply?
A: CCA Wire, CCAM WireEnamelled CCA Wire/ Enamelled Aluminum Wire/ Enamelled Copper Wire,

5: What is the difference between CCA and CCAM?
A: CCA has higher elongation with less strength, conductivity is higher as well as compared to CCAM. CCAM is with higher strength and clients prefer to buy CCAM especially for very slim sizes.

6: What is the LEAD time?
A: Depending on the quantity. However we can supply full container in 2 weeks time after receiving deposit.

7: What payment terms are acceptable?
A: We accept several type of payment methods including T/T, L/C, Trade Assurance, Western Union and Money Gram.

8: Which delivery terms you accept?
A: We accept EXW, FOB and CIF terms of delivery.

9: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 500 KG for each size.
