2. AXKA Cable Application
Low voltage (0.6-1kV) Aluminium wire Bare Alloy Porter AXKA Cable used in power supply in power transmission and distribution line.
It is prefered to use of ABC cables instead of uninsulated conductors at low voltage networks. ABC cables are especially used at areas where the cost of underground networks is expensive and also for electrification of rural areas like villages.

We can also manufacture AXKA Cable according to customer's special requirements.
4. Construction
The basic construction is as follows:
3 power cores consisting of standard aluminum conductors, insulated with XLPE insulation
+ One sheath lighting aluminum conductor with XLPE insulation(optional)
+ One messenger Al-alloy conductor (bare or covered)
The messenger conductor can be of galvanized steel wire also.
The purpose of messenger wire is:
A) It acts as load bearing wire.
B) It acts as earth or neutral conductor.
